random post

I've always been super inspired by FRUiTS and Japanese street style, and it's the only inspiration I actively look to for any outfits. I do grab inspiration from all around me, and at the end of the day I can pick out what inspired the outfit, subconciously or not. It's funny. Even though I think Betsy Johnson isn't my thing, two weeks later I'll be wearing something froufrou and be reminded of her unintentionally? Anyway, if you're going to buy any magazine ever, it should be FRUiTS. If you are both 1) stingy and 2) lazy, I've uploaded some of my favorite outfits on my other tumblr. That way, if you miss my outfit posts, you can see BETTER outfits!

Here are some of my favorites, and they pretty much always inspire me. Some aren't from FRUiTS, but never mind that.

this look above is what i wear pretty much on an every day basis.
this look (below) is very number (n)ine... R.I.P bbz.

This is maybe the best outfit ever and if you don't think so you're not my friend.

Nothing in the world is more perfect than this picture. Nothing.

I'm laughing, only because these remind me totally of you. I love your honesty on unintentional fashion inspiration. It's great to let go of that hang-up, I congratulate you!
Have a nice 4th of July with your family. xo

Yeah dude. I saw the purple goddess on the FRUiTS tumblr earlier and I almost had a seizure.

Oh hell yes! The one thing I bought in Paris that I still actually like (I went there in 2006) is a Fruits mag I picked up at Collette. They're timeless!!

The last picture is amazing. I am a big fan of the Fruits books and usually end up glancing through them/gothic&lolita every week.

I've looked into FRUiTS fashion before, and it's never been my style, though I do think it looks lovely it's just not something I would wear.

i love the first outfit
even though it looks really misplaced, it just seems right...

I like the boy look 'cept for the clunky rosary which looks extremely inconvenient to walk around in.

The birdcage really makes the last picture. So surreal and vaguely Victorian.

Japanese fashion is always inventive and totally progressive. No wonder copycats sometimes appear elsewhere... Check out art fraud: http://artvoyeurph.blogspot.com/
